Day 1 WALKING IN BORGARFJÖRÐUR
We begin our travel from Reykjavik to Borgarfjörður where we visit the beautiful waterfalls of Hraunfossar, here the water comes running from under the lava and into the Hvítá river. We then visit Deildartunguhver one of the most voluminous hot springs in Europe. Our walk today will be approximately 3-4 hours.
Day 2 WALKING ON MÆLIFELL - RAFTING IN JÖKULSÁ
In the morning we climb to the summit of Mælifell mountain (1147m) overlooking the beautiful Skagafjörður countryside and the central highlands. Followed by some white river rafting through the exciting gorges on Jökulsá austari, an adventurous glacial river running through unique, spectacular canyons. Duration approximately 3 hours.
Day 3 SKAGAFJÖRÐUR HORSES - DRANGEY ISLAND - SEA FISHING
Today we enjoy a 3-hour horse riding tour, followed by a boat trip to the island of Drangey famous for its bird life. During the boat trip we will have the opportunity to try our luck at some sea fishing. Should the weather not allow the sailing to Drangey, we will visit one of the most beautiful valleys in the North of Iceland and walk up to Lake Hraunsvatn.

We start the day with a visit to the folk museum at Glaumbær. Then across the highlands heading south on the route Kjölur between the glaciers of Langjökull and Hofsjökull to the hot springs at Hveravellir.
