Welcome to Ilulissat! Beautifully situated in the Disko Bay at the entrance to the Ice Fjord, close to the gigantic icebergs from the world's most productive glacier. Located 300 kilometers north of the Polar Circle, Ilulissat is today the biggest and most modern town in the Disko Bay Area, where ancient and modern Greenland meet in the most harmonic way. The Ice Fjord surrounds Ilulissat with gigantic formations of icebergs, calving glaciers, and isolated settlements. Experience the Midnight Sun illuminating the ice until late into the night, the ever-changing scenery during an unforgettable Midnight Cruise through the Icefjord. Choose from a variety of optional excursions: Disko Bay, by helicopter over the Icefjord and Ilulissat Glacier, the Isle of Disko, Husky sleigh ride, cruising, sailing and fishing in the fjord. Cruise to the Eqip Glacier, the world's largest glacier, producing 20 million tons of ice a day! Enjoy the Arctic wild life around Kangerlussuaq on a Musk Oxen & Reindeer Safari - perhaps see Arctic foxes, reindeer and musk oxen. Greenlanders are connected with snow, ice and dogs. Winter in Ilulissat is dog sledging. Get into your sealskin suit and enjoy a husky safari to the glacier, a winter evening illuminated by the Northern Lights, or ice fishing through holes in the ice.

Day 1 COPENHAGEN - KANGERLUSSUAQ
Morning departure on Greenland Air from Copenhagen to Kangerlussuaq. Upon arrival you will be met by your guide and transferred to your hotel. Check-in and short information meeting at the hotel. Afternoon is free for optional excursions. Perhaps a sightseeing in Kangerlussuaq, by car to the Inland Ice Cap, Musk oxen and reindeer safaris. Overnight at the Hotel Kangerlussuaq.
Day 2 KANGERLUSSUAQ - ILULISSAT (B, D)
Breakfast at the hotel, depart by flight to Ilulissat. Transfer to the hotel for check in and a short information meeting. Rest of the day at your leisure. Choose from several optional excursions: By helicopter to the Ice Cap or cruise to Eqip, the world's largest Calving Glacier. Enjoy the ever-changing scenery during an unforgettable midnight cruise, with the Midnight Sun illuminating the ice until late into the night, reflecting in beautiful colors on the gigantic icebergs, by bus to Sermermiut, a fertile valley next to the Ice Fjord. Her you can enjoy flowers, fantastic icebergs and traces of Eskimo cultures. A city walk of Ilulissat, visiting old town and the busy fishing harbor, church and museum. Overnight at the Hotel Arctic.
Day 3 ILULISSAT (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. Day at leisure in Ilulissat for optional excursions as listed in day 2. Overnight at the Hotel Arctic.

Breakfast at the hotel. Day at leisure in Ilulissat for optional excursions as listed in day 2. Overnight at the Hotel Arctic.
Day 5 ILULISSAT - COPENHAGEN (B)
Breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport for your flight to Copenhagen. Evening arrival at Copenhagen Airport. End or program.
